Dryland

Dryland starts TODAY for alpine athletes!

Alpine dryland training will run from 6 pm - 8 pm, Tuesday and Thursday at Edgewood Elementary School. If an athlete has other commitments and won't be at dryland, please let me (ALICE- alicemuirhead@gmail.com) know.

Nancy Greene dryland will start Wednesday, October 19. NG dryland will run from 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm at Spruceland Elementary School.

Please ensure your athlete has appropriate running or cross-training shoes, athletic clothing, and a water bottle for every session.
