Nancy Greene Dryland

Hi Everyone!


Nancy Greene dryland will start next week on Wednesday, October 19th. Dryland is from 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm at Spruceland Elementary School. Dryland is a great opportunity for your child to meet other athletes, develop skiing specific physical skills, and have fun. The sessions will be different each week, but in general, sessions consist of a dynamic warm-up; a game (soccer, basketball, and handball are favorites); skiing specific drills and activities; cool-down and static stretching. 


Please ensure your athlete has appropriate running or cross-training shoes, athletic clothing, and a water bottle for every session.
